Mr. Ji is in charge of Product Solutions at Hedge Fund Division of Vogo. He brings over 30 years of extensive structured finance solutions experience and network in the industry to the firm.

Before joining Vogo, he served as the head of relationship management team for SK Group, and the head of relationship management team for multi-national companies at Citibank Korea Inc. He also worked as the head of Global Transaction Service Trade Department, and the head of Structured Finance Group. He also worked as a FX dealer at Citibank Seoul Branch, American Express Seoul Branch, Westpac Banking Corporation Seoul Branch, Security National Bank Seoul Branch and Standard Chartered Bank Seoul Branch.

Mr. Ji holds a BA in Business Administration from Korea University.

Mr. Ryan T.G. Ryu is a seasoned asset management marketing expert with over 20 years of experience encompassing fund marketing and sales at premier domestic and global securities and asset management firms, including Mirae Asset Securities, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Schroders, and DS Asset Management.

As a founding member of J.P. Morgan Asset Management Korea, he contributed to establishing its domestic retail business. Most recently, as an Executive Director of Marketing at DS Asset Management, he successfully spearheaded the fundraising for private blind and project funds, expanded major distribution channels, and attracted a wide range of institutional investors.

Mr. Ryu earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Sogang University and an M.A. in Economics from Yonsei University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

At VOGO Fund Asset Management, he currently oversees comprehensive marketing strategies and external sales for the Hedge Fund Division.

Han-young Lee, Managing Director and Head of the Equity Investment Division at Hedge Fund Group of Vogo, is a highly esteemed figure in the South Korean hedge fund market, renowned as the pioneer of the "long-biased strategy." He has been awarded the "Korea Fund Awards - Fund Manager of the Year (Private Fund Category)" for three consecutive years, from 2020 to 2022, an unprecedented achievement in the industry. His managed funds have also received accolades, including the "2020 Korea Fund Awards (Specialized Private Fund Category)" and "2021 Korea Fund Awards (Best Hedge Fund)," among others. Mr. Lee's investment philosophy revolves around "Investing in the top-pick stocks of the era," and he has established a distinctive investment style, solidifying his market position.

With a background that started in managing savings banks and brokerage firms' proprietary funds, Mr. Lee has since overseen a range of fund types, including long-biased hedge funds, ARS long-short funds, and pension fund entrusted funds. He has held significant roles in organizations such as the head of the Long-Short Management Team at Yuri Chi Asset Management, head of the Securities Management Division at KOREIT Asset Management (a subsidiary of Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust), head of the Equity Investment Division at Brain Asset Management, and head of Equity Investment Division 1 at DS Asset Management.

Mr. Lee is an alumnus of Sungkyunkwan University, with a degree in Economics, and he has authored books such as "Finding the Top-pick Stocks of the Era" and "Mr. Market 2021, 2022, 2023."

Mr. Kim is in charge of Structured Finance at Hedge Fund Division of Vogo.

He brings expertise in commercial and investment banking in such areas as PF, ABL, acquisition finance, while previously working at Pepper Savings Bank for more than 10 years.

Mr. Kim hold a BA in Business Administration from Chung-ang University.

Mr. Lee is a Executive Director of Structured Finance Team at Hedge Fund Division of Vogo.

Prior to joining the company, he has worked at Pepper Savings Bank for over 10 years involving in retail banking, corporate financing and compliance.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Sungkyunkwan University.

Mr. Kim holds the position of Executive Director within Vogo's Equity Investment Division. His previous experience includes more than five years dedicated to overseeing domestic equities at the National Pension Service before he joined Vogo.

Prior to his tenure with the National Pension Service, Mr. Kim served as a portfolio manager in the Core Investment Management Division of Korea Investment Management and gained valuable experience while working with the Hedge Fund Management Team at Brain Asset Management.

Mr. Kim's educational background comprises a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University.
