Steve Ha joined Vogo Fund Asset Management in 2016, and has been involved in approximately USD 11 billion real estate investment transactions, including class A asset acquisitions, private and securitized debt originations, and special situation transactions throughout his career. He has delivered research-oriented real estate investment solutions to various Korean institutional investors.
Prior to joining Vogo Fund Asset Management, Mr. Ha was in charge of the real estate team at Hanwha Asset Management, which acquired Gallieo Tower in Frankfurt, made capital commitments to several different investment opportunities such as real estate special situation commingled funds, direct and indirect subordinate real estate debt originations, and other real estate-related opportunities. Prior to working at Hanwha Asset Management, Mr. Ha worked as a portfolio manager at the National Pension Services of Korea. He participated in trophy asset acquisitions, including HSBC tower, 40 Grosvenor, Aurora Place, and Sony Center.
Mr. Ha received two master’s degrees from Cornell University, one in Economics and one in Real Estate. Mr. Ha graduated with a B.S. in Geophysics from Pusan National University.

Brandon Lee is an executive director at Vogo Fund Asset Management. Mr. Lee is responsible for executing a variety of real-estate related transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing. Prior to joining Vogo in 2016, Brandon worked as a senior manager at Russell Investments. His responsibilities at Russell Investments included institutional sales, marketing, and client services for Russell’s global real estate, equity, and fixed income products. Prior to joining Russell Investments, Brandon was an assistant manager at Ascendas Asset Management, where he was involved in managing USD 1 billion commercial real estate funds.
Mr. Lee received a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst, and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.
